Property Assessment
We review your listing, pricing history and market position. We show you exactly what we believe we can generate.

Management Agreement
Straightforward annual agreement. Introductory 15% commission in Year 1. No hidden fees.

Onboarding
Professional photography, listing setup, channel configuration and pricing. All handled by us.

Live and Earning
Your property goes live on Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda. We handle everything from the first booking.
